Hi loves! I wanted to check in with you guys about nutrition and eating habits. More so recently I find myself eating out quite a bit after a long day of work or even sometimes because of pure laziness (to be honest) so I wanted to touch on the subject of getting healthy options delivered to your door! We all know that eating out isn’t the easiest if you are trying to stick to a healthy diet. In my quest to eat out less and cook more, I’ve come across Sun Basket.

Each week, their chef develops an array of quick, healthy recipes to choose from, including Gluten-Free, Paleo-friendly, and Vegetarian options. I’ve done my research on a few delivery service companies but Sun Basket has stood out to me as a great farm to table, local and healthy option. The menu changes weekly, and I was able to try a baked shrimp with tomato, feta, orzo, and mint; seared pork loin with mashed sweet potatoes and chermoula butter; and beef and chorizo albondigas soup. All serve 2 (perfect for a couple) and were excellent, totally surpassing my expectations. They were also pretty easy to cook which was great for me as I am quite the beginner (and have a teeny tiny kitchen). I will definitely be ordering again and again!
